Farm Safety & Well-Being Training

Our one-day Farm Worker Safety & Wellbeing and Performance Programme goes beyond traditional health and safety training by combining Farm Health & Safety, Mental Wellbeing, Drugs & Alcohol Awareness, and Workplace Motivation into a single practical course. Every farm owner knows that one accident, one poor decision, or one disengaged employee can cost thousands of dollars, damage team morale, and disrupt farm operations.

We help your workers become safer, more reliable, more productive, and more engaged. The result is fewer incidents, stronger staff retention, better workplace culture, and a workforce that takes ownership of its responsibilities. If you're investing in people, this is the training that protects that investment.

Dairy Farm Employment Pathway Training

The Dairy Farm Employment Pathway Training is a comprehensive four-week training programme designed to prepare participants for successful employment in New Zealand's dairy industry. The programme combines one week of classroom-based learning with three weeks of supervised, hands-on practical training on a working dairy farm, allowing participants to apply their learning in a real workplace.

Participants develop the essential knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviours expected by New Zealand dairy employers. Training covers animal handling, milking procedures, farm health and safety, daily farm operations, workplace communication, and employer expectations. Throughout the practical placement, participants work alongside experienced farmers, gaining valuable industry experience, building confidence, and developing the capability to contribute safely and effectively from their first day of employment.
